Music for films
Andrzej Ojczenasz aside from his contemporary music activity, is also a versatile composer of film music and music for other media. He uses his advanced skills in contemporary music, fluently combines classical and early music elements, operates with electronics and electro–acoustic music, uses popular idioms of film music, all to give the appropriate emotional resonance to the music composed for the picture. He developed his skill in the field of film music, studying at the Zurich University of Arts as a Swiss Goverment Scholarship Holder under the guidance of Niki Reiser.
He collaborated on films by students of Zurich University of the Arts, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Gdynia Film School and others.
His soundtracks have been released on streaming platforms, movies with his music were published by SRF Swiss Radio and Television.
He has mastered his craft as twice as part of the Kraków Film Music Festival Master Classes (Daniel Carlin, Dennis S. Sands, Robert Elhai, Michael Todd, Robert Messinger and Diego Navarro), long–term workshops and classes with the Oscar-winning composer, late Jan A.P. Kaczmarek, as well as composer, orchestrator and conductor Tim Simonec.
He has taken part in a number of other courses with, among others, Hildur Gudnadottir, John Powell, Tim Davies, Larry Blank, Kevin Kiner, Bruce Broughton.

Logline Carol is a young woman in a Swiss city who moves back to Switzerland because she feels restricted and threatened by the approaching war and the overwhelming news. Shortly afterwards, the war also reached Switzerland. Juri is a young, foreign soldier from a devastated war zone. He is found half starved and frozen in a mountain village where Carol lives. Despite the language barrier, the two come closer over time and fall in love with each other. But Juri has been noticed in the village. In a dramatic final act, he will have to face his greatest fears.
